700">1. Increasing the subscriber base in your area of responsibility (territory, sector):

— Search for new partners and accompany existing dealers in their work.

— Summarize work in the reporting month, discuss areas of development and draw up an action plan for the new month with dealer management at regular meetings.

— Prepare the monthly development plan of the FBB dealer in its territory.

— Selectively conduct an audit of fixed retail stores of dealers, regional sales departments of FBB partners.

— Identify the required number of personnel at the FBB partner. Control the recruitment and training of the partner's employees.

— Ensure the appropriate level of knowledge of fixed line sales managers.

2. Analysis and administration:

—Organize the tracking of competitor activity (sales, ATL, BTL, visualization, rates, etc.)

—At the city level: keep the characteristics (products, rates, etc.) of the best offers of competitors up to date.

—Study and analyze the experience of the best sales practices in the territories.

-Administration and control implementation of the planned indicators of the work of employees who are under the direct supervision of the head of the sector: sales support specialists, technical support specialists, door to door managers.

— Prepare information and analytical materials, reports and presentations.

— Monitor the resolution of complaints of potential and existing subscribers in their territory.

— Organize the implementation of projects and focuses companies.

Requirements:

— Higher education (preferably management or technical).

— Work experience in telecommunications or in a managerial position will be a plus.

— Skills of operative sales planning (schedules, routes, localization sales).

- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills.

- Analytical skills- MS Office programs: a confident user of Excel and Power Point.

- Possession of a category "B" driver's license.
