Head of the sector of fixed communications in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a head of the fixed communications sector at the Kyivstar company, where your skills and experience can be key in the organization that is transforming the future of the communications industry. Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably management or technical);
< li>Experience in telecommunications or in a managerial position will be a plus;
• Skills of operative sales planning (plans-graphs, routes, localization of sales);
• Excellent communication skills and cooperation skills.< /li>
• Analytical skills
• Office programs MS Office: confident user of Excel and Power Point;
• Availability of driver's license category "B".

Responsibilities:

1. Increasing the subscriber base in your area of ​​responsibility (territory, sector):

• Searches for new partners and accompanies existing dealers in their work;
• Summarizes work in the reporting month, discusses areas of development and draws up an action plan for the new month with dealer management at regular meetings;

• Selectively conducts audits at established retail stores of dealers, regional sales departments of FTTB partners;
• Identifies the required number of personnel at the FTTB partner.
• Controls recruitment and training of partner employees;

• Ensures the appropriate level of knowledge of fixed line sales managers.

2. Analysis and administration:

• Organizes tracking of competitors' activity (sales, ATL, BTL, visualization, tariffs, etc.) at the city level;
• Maintains up-to-date characteristics (products, tariffs, etc.) of the best offers of competitors;
• Studies and analyzes the experience of best sales practices in the territories.
• Prepares information and analytical materials, reports and presentations.
• Controls the resolution of complaints of potential and current subscribers on its territory.
• Organizes the implementation of the company's projects and focuses.
