Head of the sector of fixed communications in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We don't care where you are now - in Ukraine or abroad - the main thing is that you are safe.

Main responsibilities:

• Increasing the subscriber base by areas of responsibility.
• Effective management of sales channels, technical support, network expansion and marketing activities. Also, monitoring the competitive environment.
• Control and development of sales of services in the retail network of the company's partners, individual dealers and fixed line sales agents in established territories.
• Supervision of technical support and development network by maintenance partners.
• Organization and management of sales and technical support staff, including training, planning, activities and performance monitoring.

Basic requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of sales and communication with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and cooperation skills.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market, Internet services and the principles of their provision.< /li>
• Deep understanding of the territory (area of ​​responsibility).
• Experience in the development and organization of local BTL activities.
• Ability to operationally plan sales, including the creation of schedule plans, routes and sales localization.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Higher education (preferably in the field of management or technical education).
