The National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War is a flagship in the national museum business. We invite you to join our team for the position of Head of the sector of control over the maintenance of buildings and structures and the geological condition of soils

Responsibilities:

- ensures the organization of high-precision engineering and geodetic observations of subsidence and deformations of Museum buildings by specialized contracting organizations;

- participates in concluding contracts with project and contracting organizations for the development of scientific and project-estimating documentation, for the implementation of repair and construction works, supervises the conduct of repair and construction works;

- prepares initial data and technical conditions for design, technical tasks, draft contracts and work schedules;

- ensures the registration of relevant documents provided for in the field of construction in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;

- monitors the progress of execution repair and construction works, conformity of volumes, terms and quality of these works, as well as the quality of used materials, products, structures, their conformity with the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, norms and rules, standards in the field of construction, labor protection norms; checks and approves estimates (in terms of scope of work) for contracts;

- monitors the quality of elimination of defects and defects by subcontractors within the deadline set by the commission. Within the limits of his competence, he informs his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings discovered in the course of the performance of his duties.
