Head of the sector for declaration and settlement of conflict of interests in Ukrgazvidobuvannya

JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is the largest gas production company in Central and Eastern Europe. We extract more than 70% of natural gas in Ukraine and specialize in the production of gas condensate. We are part of the Naftogaz group.

JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is considering the resumes of candidates for the position of Head of the sector for declaration and settlement of conflicts of interest.

Duties:

1. Examining and checking candidates for positions and employees of the Company for risk compliance:

• Checking candidates for positions and employees of the management apparatus and 11 branches of the Company is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the internal documents of the Company.
• Development of conflict of interest settlement plans.  Assessment of the situation of conflict of interest, provision of conclusions and recommendations regarding the settlement of the conflict of interest and further monitoring of the implementation of recommendations. 
• Ensuring maintenance of the register of declarations of the Company's employees.
• Ensuring maintenance of the register of affiliated persons of the Company.

2. Minimization of corruption risks. Monitoring compliance with the Anti-corruption Program and other aspects in the field of anti-corruption and fraud

3. Conducting employee training on the basic requirements of the Code of Corporate Ethics and the Anti-Corruption Program and other aspects in the field of combating corruption and fraud.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: Economic (auditing) and/or legal education (law, jurisprudence).
• Experience in the position of compliance, or internal audit, or financial monitoring, or legal support of the activity of a legal entity for at least 3 years. 
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, international legislation in the field of combating bribery and corruption.
• Experience of working with Megapolis systems , SAP - will be an advantage.
