We are looking for: manager of a sausage shop Your main responsibilities: managing all aspects of the production of sausage products, including production, quality, safety and compliance with hygiene standards; developing and implementing effective production processes in order to increasing productivity and reducing costs?; compliance with the production schedule and timely release of products?; training and development of personnel in order to ensure high product quality and professional growth?; control over the use of raw materials and materials in order to optimize costs and ensure product quality?; control compliance with standards of the technological process at all stages of production for the production of sausage products?; control of residues and quality rotation of finished products. We expect from you: work experience in a managerial position in the food industry, with the main emphasis on the production of sausage products??; knowledge of sausage production technologies and their processing?; the ability to manage human resources, having experience in the development and motivation of personnel?; responsibility, organization and attention to details?; knowledge of PC, Excel, BITRIX, Word.
