Requirements:

• Higher or medium special education
  (technology of meat and meat products, food technology)
• Experience in sausage production:

  at least 2-3 years (often from 5 years)

• Experience in personnel management - desirable / mandatory

• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

• Organization of continuous and rhythmic work of the sausage shop
• Quality control of meat raw materials, spices, casings, auxiliary materials

• Ensuring proper storage raw materials

• Preventing the use of expired or low-quality products

• Control of the rational use of raw materials and minimizing losses

• Control of all stages of production:

• Identification and elimination of the causes of defects
• Implementation and observance of technological maps

• Management of sausage workers workshop

• Conducting briefings and training

• Control of labor discipline

• Participation in personnel selection

• Assessment of the work of subordinates
