Head of the sausage shop in Evro-Komers, TzOV

The Euro-Commerce company invites an experienced and responsible specialist to the position of Sausage Shop Manager at our enterprise in Sheptytskyi (Chervonograd).

In this position, you will be responsible for the organization and effective management of production processes of the sausage shop, ensuring stable product quality and compliance with production standards.

Main duties:

• Organization and control of the operation of the sausage shop;

• Ensuring compliance with technological processes and production standards;

• Quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;

• Management of shop staff, coordination and control of variable tasks;

• Implementation and optimization production and technological processes;

• Improving recipes, participation in the development and implementation of technological maps;

• Ensuring compliance with sanitary, hygienic standards and labor protection requirements;

• Analysis of production indicators and increasing the efficiency of the workshop.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a managerial position in sausage or meat processing;

• Higher or secondary special education in the field of food technology;

• Knowledge of sausage production technologies;

• Leadership qualities, responsibility, organization;

• Ability to work with staff and make management decisions;

• Orientation on quality and results.
