What is important to us in your experience:

• Experience in organizing sales in a contact center or remote channels.
• Knowledge of the principles of telemarketing, customer analytics, KPI management.
• Owning CRM systems, analytical tools.
• Experience in developing business processes, scripts, service standards.
• Higher education (economics, finance, management or a related specialty).
