Understand how to plan and achieve the planned result; Carry out formation and preparation of bases of potential customers to ensure outgoing calls for the purpose of lead generation and sales of services. Form and process reports on sales results, control them; Carry out formation, filling, support and analysis of the sales funnel; If necessary , by example, help in closing deals with potential customers of the company; Control the quality of managers' work (checking registered information, helping the manager in a non-standard situation, etc.), listening to calls, analyzing the quality map, feedback; Ensuring the implementation and control of group performance indicators; Organizing the implementation of new projects all segments of B2B, B2C as part of the functionality of the call center.
