Understand how to plan and achieve the planned result; Carry out formation and preparation of bases of potential customers to provide outgoing calls for the purpose of lead generation and sales of services. Form and process reports on sales results, control them; Carry out formation, filling, support and analysis of the sales funnel; If necessary, help by example in closing deals with potential customers of the company; Monitor the quality of managers' work (checking registered information, helping the manager in a non-standard situation, etc.), listening to calls, analyzing the quality map, feedback; Ensuring the implementation and control of group performance indicators ;Organize the implementation of new projects in the B2B, B2C segment as part of the call center functionality. It is important for us: Experience of working with B2B clients from 2 years, knowledge of sales algorithms and servicing of such clients; Successful experience of lead generation/sales for B2B, B2C; Possession sales technique to B2B, B2C customers; Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point); Willingness to travel to the company's representative office in Europe.
