- Successful B2B sales experience and team management experience: organization and control of work, KPI setting, implementation effective and scalable processes;
- Strong presentation skills of complex business solutions, ability to present information in a structured manner and convincingly demonstrate the value of the product;
- Knowledge of the principles of marketing communications with customers, trade marketing and the main financial indicators of business, budgeting experience;
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, financial discipline, orientation to results and the ability to make management decisions based on data;
- An additional advantage will be the presence of partnerships and our own base of potential customers for the rapid development of the corporate segment.
Expected results
- Managing the sales team: organizing work, setting goals, motivating and developing employees, effective management of resources;
- Achieving the company's commercial goals: increasing revenues, expanding the customer base, developing sales channels and increasing share market;
- Formation and implementation of a long-term sales strategy, implementation of business scaling tools;
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive environment;
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations, building long-term partnerships, development of cross- and additional sales;
- KPI control, analysis of revenue dynamics, forecasting results and risk assessment.
Wage level salary is discussed at the interview and depends on your experienceand qualifications.
