Today, in connection with the expansion and development of the company, we are looking for a SALES DEPARTMENT MANAGER. We are looking for a person who wants to earn and grow with us. It is important for us: Team management experience - you know how to teach, explain and motivate employees to achieve joint high results; Analytical skills - you have experience in market analysis, trends and "customer feeling"; Development and implementation of sales plans and brand portfolio development; High level of knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), 1C; Knowledge of the English language (will be an additional advantage); What will be your TASKS? Organize the work of the sales department: planning the work of managers, developing sales plans and the structure of the department, organizing marketing activities, controlling territory coverage; Expanding the base of working customers and constantly searching for new ones; Forming sales plans - developing, approving and organizing their implementation; Taking part in the development the marketing strategy of the company's development; Train your team - formation of a development plan, motivation, help in working with clients; Analyze and control the work of the department - control the implementation of the CRI of managers and the department as a whole, the implementation of the sales plan. Control accounts receivable; Organize the work of the department in CRM- to the company system; Participate in the organization and conduct of company-specific events - seminars, conferences, training.
