Warm floor and snow melting systems TM EXTHERM (Germany) .Warm floors and snow melting systems TM EASYTHERM (Latvia). Power distribution equipment TM PORTO FRANCO (Ukraine). REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Age 30−45 years. Experience of working as a sales department manager from 5 years, availability of recommendations. Management of the sales department, training of department employees in sales and negotiation skills, employee motivation. Development of distribution in the B2B segment. Development, support of existing distributors, search for new distributors. Ability to negotiate, experience of negotiations, experience of successful negotiations, availability of educational trainings on negotiations. Close interaction with a marketer to promote several brands on the market (our imports).
