We invite the head of the sales department to join our team. Main tasks: Development and implementation of sales strategy. Organization of the work of the sales department. Implementation of the sales plan. Market analysis of system integration and activities of key competitors. Systematization, analysis and updating of the customer base. Analysis of the sales funnel and its conversion in order to improve the results of the team. Participation in negotiations with key customers. Participation in the evaluation of employees, building plans for training and development of employees. Analysis of sales volumes, preparation of reports on the work performed for the management of the company. Work in the CRM system. We expect from the candidate: 3-5 years of successful work experience in the field of system integration. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the specifics of sales in IT. The ability to build long-term partnership relationships with clients in the B2B sector. Experience in building a team and organizing the work of the sales department. Knowledge of sales stages, techniques for processing objections, sales techniques and closing deals. Soft skills: Self-sufficiency, self-organization, responsibility and focus on results, the desire for development for yourself and the team are the foundation. To be responsible at work in modern conditions is to guarantee the fulfillment of your professional duties, regardless of your location, air alarms, work format or even your own emotional state.
