Mandatory requirements:

Analytical thinking
Result orientation
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with feedback and resolve conflict situations
Knowledge of CRM, 1C (or BAS)
Team management of more than 4 persons

It will be an advantage:

Successful experience of managing an online store (clothing/shoes direction) from 2 years
Practical experience of analysis data, work with financial indicators

Main duties:

Control of the work of sales managers (site/marketplaces)
Compilation of schedules, tabulation of managers (site/marketplaces)
Control of timely shipment of orders by managers, analysis of returns (site/marketplaces)
Replacement of managers for necessary
Personal selling
Resolving controversial issues
Working on the development of the department: training, working on errors, optimizing internal processes to improve work efficiency department
Managing KPIs for managers and marketplaces
Weekly reports on orders, report by rezmonth's results for payroll managers
Control of reporting on mutual settlements with marketplaces, control of telephony payments, replenishment of marketplaces' offices
Interaction with marketplaces: controversial issues with by clients, participation in activities
