Main responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the company's goals.
- Managing a team of sales managers, coordinating and monitoring their work.
- Building an effective sales system and forming long-term relationships with customers.
- Analysis of the market, competitive environment and customer needs.
- Ensuring the implementation of sales plans and KPIs.
- Interaction with manufacturers, suppliers and partners.
- Development and implementation of motivational programs for the team.

Requirements for candidates:
- Experience in management positions in the field of sales, necessarily in the automotive industry (from 5 years).
- Deep understanding of the automotive market, trends and specifics of work in this field.
- Ability to effectively organize the work of a team and achieve high results.
- Analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of information.
- High level of communication skills, ability to negotiate.
- Knowledge of English from B2
