• Free use of M.Office, Internet, 1C, CRM
• Successful experience in building a sales department
• Able to analyze and develop a strategic development plan to achieve the set goal
• Has experience in implementing sales tools that will increase profits company
• Able not only to manage, but also to motivate a team, to share and support common values
• High leadership qualities, activity, purposefulness, systematicity, high efficiency, willingness to work for results

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational management of the organization's commercial activities;
• Work control, development and implementation of an effective sales strategy;
• Development and implementation of measures to increase the volume of sales ;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of sales department targets;
• Development, budgeting and planning of sales by sales channels;
• Management of receivables;
• Conducting strategic negotiations with key clients;
• Optimization of business processes.
