OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

• Full higher education (economics, finance, banking, management);
• experience in management positions from 3 years;
• experience in the organization and analysis of sales divisions;
• the ability to develop scripts for a team of managers for each product to work with business clients;
• successful project implementation experience;
• ability to motivate and manage a team;
• analytical mindset;
• ability to quickly complete assigned tasks.

FUTURE DUTIES:

• Implementation of the planned indicators of the unit for the sale of products to business customers;
• analysis of the RKO tariff market, currency operations of the market and making proposals for price changes;
• adaptation, motivation and training of managers ;
• control over the implementation of monthly plans of managers/specialists for work with business clients.
