Duties: to organize and manage the work of the commercial customer support service; to stimulate the return of customers and repeat deliveries; to manage the department's personnel; to increase the level of customer service; to perform the planned indicators of the department regarding work with clients and regarding the planned volumes of the company; supervise new directions of delivery of commercial goods from different countries. Requirements: experience of working as a manager of call centers, sales department, customer service department from 2 years; experience of personnel management and organization of business processes; skills in organizing the work of customer support services, call centers; skills of planning and organizing and controlling the work of the department; management skills, conflict resolution skills, staff training skills; customer orientation, multitasking, goal orientation, responsibility, communication, initiative.
