Responsibilities Strategic planning: development of engagement strategies new students and increase sales volumes in interaction with marketing. Management of the sales department: setting up the work of the sales team, setting sales metrics and constant monitoring of results. Adaptation, development for the training of department employees. Analysis of the market and competitors: conducting field research of the market and competitors and comparing the results with our network. Marketing initiatives: planning and implementation of marketing activities to increase the influence of the school in the region (offline events such as open doors, webinars, parent clubs, etc.). Interaction with parents and agents: ensuring effective communication with potential customers and their representatives. Data analysis and reporting: sales assessment, trend determination and preparation of reports for administration. Development of IT sales tools: development of CRM system, reporting , knowledge bases. Development of business processes: integration of sales and service into the processes of a separate educational institution, construction of functional management of the sales and service center of excellence. Working conditions Mon-Fri: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. :00. Work in the office, with regular visits to all locations of the company.
