OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

• Higher economic education (economics/finance/business management)
• The presence of certificates in the field of risk management will be an advantage
• Experience in the field of risk management for at least 3 years
• Experience in the field of finance and/or information technology will be an advantage
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling
• li>
• Experience in developing documents regulating risk management
• Knowledge of the principles of modeling and description of business processes, understanding of the life cycle of business process management, as well as change management within the framework of continuous improvement of business processes
• li>
• Knowledge of ISO.IEC 31010 and COSO ERM 2017 standards
• Ability to create and conduct presentations, work with a large amount of information
• Experience in implementing insurance/reinsurance projects is welcome
• Experience in training evaluation
• Experience in preparing reports on the state of risk management
• English -  upper-intermediate
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage

TASKS:

• Coordination actions of employees and heads of departments (participants in the risk management process) to ensure compliance with corporate requirements and the implementation of corporate risk management programs
• Ensuring compliance with the requirements for filling in a unified risk register and a database of control procedures, including collection, storage and exchange processes information, providing reporting on control procedures, risks, risk factors and measures for their management
• Maintaining the single risk register of key risks, matrix of risks and internal controls, which are regulated by the Company's documents, in an up-to-date state
< li>Provision of methodological support to the Company's structural divisions in the process of risk and opportunity management, development of a matrix of risks and controls
• Preparation of drafts of local normative documents regulating the functioning of the risk management system and internal control, development of proposals for their change

• Implementation of corporate programs for the introduction of a target model of corporate insurance portfolio management
• Conducting risk analysis of investment projects, business plan risks by business direction, consolidation of information, preparation of presentation materials for management
• li>Collection and analysis of risk realization events, formation of proposals for risk minimization and prevention of similar events in the future
• Preparation of materials for the risk committee, coordination and monitoring of the status of implementation of committee decisions
• Analysis of business processes regarding the implementation of internal controls.
• Organization of training and risk management activities to increase the awareness of the Company's employees in accordance with the requirements of the company's internal documents
• Analysis of business processes regarding: efficiency/quality , time, cost/expenses, availability of effective controls. Formulate proposals for optimization. Contribute to their implementation
