We are looking for a person who will:
to develop and implement a strategy for the development of partner programs of retail business;
search for and attract new partners;
conclude, lead and monitor the implementation of partnership agreements;

We are looking for a person who will:
to develop and implement a strategy for the development of partner programs of retail business;
search for and attract new partners;
conclude, lead and monitor the implementation of partnership agreements;
establish and maintain partnership relations;
analyze the effectiveness of partner programs, prepare reports;
participate in the bank's marketing activities and represent the Bank at industry events.
You are suitable if you have: higher education in marketing, management, economics, finance or related fields;
work experience of at least 3 years in a managerial position in the field of development of partner programs or project management;
experience in banking will be an advantage;
work experience with the development and implementation of strategies for the development of partner programs;
experience in conducting negotiations and concluding partnership agreements;
team management experience;
knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate;
perseverance, purposefulness, effectiveness;
sociability, the ability to establish contacts and cooperate with people;
analytical thinking, strategic vision;
ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them;
creativity and initiative;
stress resistance and the ability to work in a team.
