We are looking for a Head of Leasing who has a systematic approach, extensive experience and a developed network of contacts in the field of commercial real estate.

This is a role for someone who thinks in terms of development categories, sees opportunities early for others and knows how to turn them into results.

What you will do:

• form and develop a tenant portfolio focused on the premium Fashion and restaurant segment
• build long-term partnerships with key tenants
• analyze the market and actively attract new players
• negotiate at a high level and conclude profitable commercial agreements
• work on promotion object profitability through tenant-mix optimization
• monitor the execution of contracts and ensure timely settlements
• closely interact with marketing, operations team and other departments
• form budgets, work with financial indicators and implement tools for their improvement
• manage the team and develop its efficiency.

We expect:

• experience in the field of commercial real estate from 3 years
• strong network of contacts among premium Fashion brands and leading restaurateurs
• deep understanding of the rental market and relevant legislation
• confident negotiation skills and experience in concluding agreements
• systematic approach to analytics, reporting and decision-making
• experience in team management
• proactivity, responsibility and strategic thinking
• orientation on results and the ability to work with financial metrics.
