We are launching a large-scale Compensation Program for damages caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation for individuals and businesses.
We are looking for a Head of the Compensation Program, who
will be responsible for the strategic development of the Program,
manage a team of coordinators and partners,
build systematic work to involve and support victims citizens and businesses.
Main responsibilities
Formation of the compensation program development strategy (priorities, regions, target audiences, engagement channels).
Team building and management: coordinators, specialists in working with victims, partners in the regions.
Setting plans, KPIs and monitoring implementation (number of appeals, involved participants, cases in work, etc.).
Organization and coordination of online and offline activities: presentations, webinars, meetings with communities, businesses, partners.
Development of the partner network: lawyers, legal companies, NGOs, associations, business associations, local governments.
Improving the process of processing incoming requests (calls, messengers, e-mail, social networks) together with the team.
Coordination of document collection, transfer of cases to the legal team, basic data quality control.
Analysis of the Program funnel: where participants “fall out”, what are the barriers, which materials/scripts need to be strengthened.
Participation in the development and updating of presentations, communication scripts, training materials for the team and partners.
Preparation of regular reports to management on the progress of the Program (number of applications, status of cases, dynamics by region).
Initiation and implementation of improvements in processes: automation, CRM, document templates, service standards.
Requirements
Experience in managing teams / areas / projects from 2–3 years (preferably in the fields of: sales, customer service, partnership development, NGO, legal or financial services).
Experience in building or developing customer/partner funnels, working with indicators and plans.
Confident communication and negotiation skills, ability to speak publicly (presentations, meetings, online formats).
Ukrainian language — fluent (oral and written). Russian and/or English will be a plus.
Empathy, tact, ability to work with people who have experienced stress, bereavement, forced relocation.
Basic understanding of the legal and documentary component (contracts, power of attorney, legal processes) or willingness to quickly understand.
Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets, preferably — with CRM systems.
High level of self-organization, discipline, responsibility; willingness to work with plans, deadlines and KPIs.
Experience in launching or developing social / charity / human rights programs will be an advantage.
It will be a plus
Experience in working with IDPs, victims of war, business in frontline or de-occupied regions.
Experience in legal companiesinsurance, banks, funds, public organizations.
Own network of contacts among entrepreneurs, local opinion leaders, NGOs, associations, local self-government bodies.
Experience in building or managing a regional network of representatives/coordinators.
