About the organization: center Action. The business helps micro, small and medium-sized businesses at all stages of their activity, has a set of its own products: free consultations, educational events, product testing area for manufacturers, space rental.

Purpose of the position: to lead the center, ensure control of operational activities, establish contacts with micro, small and medium-sized businesses, organize and moderate educational events center, as well as to achieve financial stability of the center.

Our candidate has:

• Graduate higher education.
• Mandatory successful experience in management positions of 4 years or more.
• Able to build the work process at all stages of the enterprise: from operational activities to financial stability. Able to build partnerships, anti-crisis management.
• Knows modern online document management tools, Google services, video communication channels (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype), task managers.

Responsibilities:

• Initiates and participates in meetings with the center's project team.
• Forms a strategic vision of the center's development, coordinates the actions of the team and partners.
• Together with the product - takes y as a managertakes part in the formation of the center's schedule of events and controls the process of its preparation and implementation.
• Negotiates with interested parties and regional stakeholders regarding comprehensive support of the center.
• Draws and signs all regulatory documents with the center's partners , also controls the entry of information into reporting documents.
• Responsible for making force majeure decisions and supporting members of the center's regional team in resolving crisis and unforeseen situations.
• Controls the preparation and timely submission of reports and checks primary documents, contracts, etc.
• Conducts interviews with candidates for employment at the center.
• Controls the financial activities of the center, which is operated by the NGO "Ukrainian Business Brotherhood".
