Head of the recruitment team

Key skills:

• Higher education;
• Experience of 3 years in a similar position;
• Understanding recruitment and selection processes, including active search and headhunting;
• Experience managing a team of recruiters and setting KPIs;
• Mastering HR analytics, creating reports and consolidating data for HRD;
• Experience in implementing CRM to automate recruiting processes;
• Experience in standardization and optimization of HR processes;
• Experience in building system processes: onboarding, referral program, other;
• Experience in preparing presentations and reports for CEO level;
• Experience of public speaking; 
• Experience in managing complex projects under tight deadlines with alternative search channels.

Your tasks will be:

• Managing a team of recruiters and ensuring the team's KPIs are met;
• Consolidating information and preparing analytics for HRD regarding recruitment, vacancies and the effectiveness of recruiting processes;
• Automating recruitment processes and personnel selection through CRM;
• Implementation of modern HR technologies and tools;
• Search and support of key top vacancies;
• Standardization of processes.
