What tasks should be worked on:

• Management of the full cycle of HR processes, from selection and adaptation to staff turnover assessment;
• Department work planning;
• Implementation of automation of HR processes;< /li>
• Update and administration of the organizational chart of the company;
• Organize and control personnel records;
• Responsibility for the department's work results;
• Employee security full-time and job folders. If necessaryand formation of technical folders;
• Formation and control of implementation of new policies and business processes;
• Creation of courses and training in accordance with posted policies;
• Management and direct participation in adaptation process together with department heads;
• Department work management;
• Participation in the opening of new stores on the territory of Ukraine;
• Constantly improve your qualifications in the field of hiring, management and working with personnel;
• Formation and maintenance of the employer brand.
