Head of the recruitment department in D.Zh.E.T.

We are a Ukrainian MilTech company that develops and produces technological solutions for the security and defense sector. The company is actively scaling: new areas are emerging, teams are growing in Ukraine and international projects are being launched.

Now we are looking for a head of the recruiting department who will help systematically build the recruitment and scale the team together with the business. The position is open for the period of maternity leave, with the possibility of further development in the company.

Area of responsibility:

• Managing a team of recruiters and organizing a full cycle of recruiting
• Closing positions of various levels: from engineering and production to management and C-level
• Building and development of recruiting processes for teams in Ukraine and international projects
• Planning of personnel needs together with department heads
• Development of candidate search tools and improvement of recruitment efficiency

We will definitely find a common language if you:

• Have experience in recruiting and understand the full recruitment cycle
• Have experience coordinating or managing a recruiting team (for example, as a Team Lead)
• Able to work with different types vacancies - from technical to managerial
• You have a system mindset and know how to build processes
• You speak English no lower than B1 level

It will be especially valuable if you have:

• Experience in the field of MilTech or technology companies
• Experience in recruiting engineering or R&D specialists
• Experience in scaling teams in a fast-growing business
