• Participation in the formation and implementation of HR strategy in the direction of company recruiting
• Organization and management of the recruitment and adaptation process of personnel
• Planning and control of the department's budget recruitment and adaptation
• Analysis of salary levels and compensation systems for our market segments
• Communication and coordination of work with internal customers
• Interaction with educational institutions on the issue of engagement young people at enterprises
• Participation in the implementation of HR projects in the agricultural sector
