We are looking for a colleague in the team with the following professional qualifications:
- Experience as a head of the recruitment department from 2- x years;
- Experience in the selection of administrative, TOP personnel from 2 years;
- Experience of working in large service, retail, logistics companies WILL BE A PLUS;
- High communication skills, empathy and flexibility;
- Experience in conducting personnel evaluations; Staff retention measures;
- Skills to perform an integrative function between departments;
- High communication and organizational skills; Productivity;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information.
Position duties:
- Ensuring timely and quality recruitment for the head office
- Development and implementation of measures aimed at improving and optimizing the business processes of the personnel selection and adaptation function
- Interaction with internal recruitment customers from the stage of creating an application to the employee's probationary period
- Adaptation of new office employees and support during the trial period, holding welcome meetings;
- Organization of company project launches (start-up);
- HR analytics and reporting.
- Maintaining effective communication between departments, conducting measures to improve staff productivity;
