We invite to our team a Head of the Recruitment and Adaptation Department who will lead the recruitment direction and ensure effective selection and adaptation of personnel for of the "ATTIKA" and "KurKum" retail chains.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of recruiters (subordinated to 2 recruiters and an adaptation manager), supporting their motivation and professional growth;
- Effective management of the recruitment process for the retail network (line and administrative positions).
- Selection, adaptation and mentoring of newcomers to the company, development of the employer brand.
- Working with the CRM system for recruiting management (working with the candidate funnel, understanding advertising in social networks, the career site, telegram bots, job boards).
- Building business processes for recruitment and staff adaptation (from request to effectiveness during the trial period).
- Using methods for evaluating the quality of recruitment (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Implementation of methods for evaluating the candidate’s performance and compliance with the company’s expectations during the trial period (through KPI analytics, manager's evaluation and HR feedback).
- Ensuring constant analysis of HR metrics, effectiveness of personnel search channels, formation of HR dashboard.
- Coordination of the adaptation program for newcomers (onboarding, buddy system, support of managers).
- Implementation of HR research and analysis of the labor market to form an up-to-date search strategy.
- Support of corporate culture standards through high-quality selection "by values".
- Ensuring high-quality candidate experience and maintaining a positive employer image.
- Development and implementation of innovative candidate search and selection methods.

Our expectations:
- Experience in the field of recruiting from 3 years.
- Experience in managing a team of recruiters will be an advantage.
- Understanding of mass and linear recruitment (retail / FMCG - an advantage).
- Skills for organizing recruitment and adaptation processes.
