Your main responsibilities:

  • Creation, organization and development of the technical recruiting department (developers, engineers, technical top management, etc.).
  • Formation and management of a team of recruiters: setting tasks, monitoring activities, mentoring and development of specialists.
  • Building an effective recruitment system for technical areas - from planning needs to the analysis of results.
  • Search, testing and implementation of alternative channels and approaches to attract candidates (professional communities, referral programs, specialized platforms, events, etc.).
  • Cooperation with job seekers to accurately understand the requirements for candidates.
  • Optimization of recruiting processes, preparation analytics and reporting.
  • Participation in the development of the employer brand among the technical audience.
