Head of the recruiting department (Kyiv, Lviv) in JobHunt

JobHunt is growing! In connection with the expansion of the company and the increase in the number of technical directions, we are creating a separate technical recruiting department. We are looking for a manager who will help build processes from scratch, build an effective team and ensure a steady flow of strong candidates for technical roles.

Your main responsibilities:

• Creation, organization and development of the technical recruiting department (developers, engineers, technical top management, etc.).
• Formation and management of a team of recruiters: setting tasks, monitoring activities, mentoring and development of specialists.
• Building an effective recruitment system for technical areas - from planning needs to the analysis of results.
• Search, testing and implementation of alternative channels and approaches to attract candidates (professional communities, referral programs, specialized platforms, events, etc.).
• Cooperation with job seekers to accurately understand the requirements for candidates.
• Optimization of recruiting processes, preparation analytics and reporting.
• Participation in the development of the employer brand among the technical audience.

• Has management skills and experience in building or developing a team.
• Understands the specifics of technical recruitment and is able to communicate effectively with technical specialists.
• Initiative, analytical, with developed strategic thinking and the ability to act proactively.
• Oriented on results, team development and continuous improvement of processes.

• Work in an office (Kyiv or Lviv), schedule — from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
