What awaits you: Organization of the recruitment process; Management of the recruiting team (6 specialists); Administration of the company's office on job sites, distribution of vacancies among recruiters; Budgeting and control of personnel hiring costs; Support of the company's positive image among searchers; Analysis of key recruiting indicators and reporting; Involvement in other processes and HR projects. What we expect from the candidate: Experience in recruiting from 1 year; Ability to work with specialized platforms for recruiting; Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; High level of responsibility and orientation to results.
