We invite to our team the Head of the recruiting department, a person who knows how to unite a team, find and attract talents, as well as create comfortable conditions for the development of each new employee.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Leading a team of recruiters, supporting their motivation and professional growth;
• Building effective recruitment processes for a chain of pharmacies throughout Ukraine;
• Selection, adaptation and mentoring of newcomers to the company;
• Cooperation with educational institutions for the organization of practice and internships on the basis of pharmacies;
• Analysis of business needs in personnel and planning of recruiting campaigns;
• Ensuring high-quality candidate experience and maintaining a positive image employer;
• Development and implementation of innovative candidate search and selection methods.

What we expect from you:

• 2 years of experience in management positions in the field of recruiting;
• Ability to form team, inspire colleagues and lead them to a common goal;
• Knowledge of modern tools and methods of personnel selection;
• Orientation on the result, attention to details and organization;
• Communicativeness, openness to new ideas and desire to develop together with the team;
• Positive attitude towards the pharmaceutical field and understanding of it values will be an advantage.
