What will be included in the duties:
- Participation in formation and implementation of HR strategy in the areas of recruitment and adaptation
- Organization and management of recruitment and adaptation processes in the company
- Planning and control of the budget of the department
- Formation of a plan for closing vacancies in compliance with the planned organizational structure of the company
- Creation of a single business process for opening a new position, the process of selection and approval of a finalist
- Creation of an adaptation process, which includes general corporate adaptation and highly specialized (for individual positions in the structure companies)
- Regular monitoring of the labor market and compensation systems in the production segment
- Cooperation and coordination of work with internal customers on recruitment and adaptation issues
- Cooperation with educational institutions regarding attracting young specialists
- Formation of department reporting
