Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of measures aimed at optimization and improvement processes in the direction of recruitment and adaptation of personnel.
• Monitoring of recruitment efficiency and analysis of data on recruitment and adaptation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work experience and 1+ years in a managerial position in HR
