Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (engineering and technical preferably).
• Experience of working in the care of real estate of Banks or other network organizations from 2 years.
• Experience of accompanying repair and construction works from 2 years.
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level.

Key responsibilities:

• Search for new premises for Bank branches.
• Extension of terms actions/changes to current lease agreements/conclusion of new lease agreements.
• Interaction with landlords to settle issues related to repair works.
• Support of construction/repair works:
  < li>interaction with designers, contractors, correction and monitoring of compliance with the work estimate;
  • engineering projects, verification of projects for compliance with initial conditions and practicality/durability in the process of operation;
  • analysis of technical solutions for the implementation of special constructions of reinforcements and reinforcements, taking into account the current situation regarding loads and the possibility of applying various technical solutions; , other related equipment and inventory);
  • accepting the entire range of works and forming a list of comments for correction.

• Maintenance of engineering equipment and cleaning:

  • ensuring the functioning of the uninterrupted power supply system;
  • ensuring the operability of UPS and generators;
  • control over the quality of cleaning and care of the surrounding area;
  • analysis regarding the correctness of accruals in invoices issuedby communal organizations.

• Control over the fulfillment of the obligations of the outsourced worker for fire safety and occupational health and safety. 

• Search for design elements, furniture, functional elements that the management proposes to use in the premises.
