MAJOR TASKS AND FUNCTIONS
Role in the company:
This position is responsible for building a transparent, manageable and efficient operating model of the company.
You will be responsible for creating a system that ensures:
- real control of work execution,
- compliance terms,
- effective use of resources,
- correspondence of actual activity to declared results.
Area of responsibility:
- Complete construction of the operational control function in the company.
- Implementation of a daily/weekly reporting system for all units.
- Control of the actual employment of employees (office/field teams).
- Audit of work performance at facilities (including visits and random checks).
- Identification of downtime, misuse and inefficient use of resources.
- Control of project implementation deadlines and compliance with internal and contractual obligations.
- Deep analysis of operational processes.
- Control of the execution of work stages in accordance with contracts.
- Formation of management reporting for the CEO (facts, deviations, reasons, decisions).
- Initiating and implementing changes aimed at increasing efficiency.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education.
- 5+ years of experience in management positions (operational management / production / construction / energy).
- Practical experience in building or transforming business processes.
- Experience in the implementation of control systems, reporting, KPI.
- Understanding construction processes and field work.
- Ability to work with contractual and executive documentation (KB-2, KB-3, acts, work schedules, payment certificates).
- Strong analytical skills (ability to find causes, not symptoms).
- Experience in managing teams and influencing department heads.
- Financial literacy (understanding of project economics, costs, efficiency).
Will be a significant advantage:
- Experience in development / construction / energy.
- Technical background (engineering, construction, production).
- Experience in implementing ERP / CRM / task accounting systems.
- Internal audit or operational consulting experience.
- B1 (Intermediate) English language skills.
