Purpose of the position: 

< strong>We are looking for a person who will:

• organize the work of the management regarding the development of normative legal acts and proposals for changes in legislation on Public Investment issues;
• organize the work of management regarding methodological support for the preparation of public investment projects, screening, assessment, monitoring, etc.;
• carry out medium-term planning of Public Investments;
• form a single portfolio of public investment projects and ensure its monitoring

Additional tasks:

• organization of work on information and analytical support The Strategic Investment Council chaired by the Prime Minister of Ukraine;
• creating a knowledge base, training tools and expertise in the field of public investment management;
• coordinating activities with international partners and state bodies, especially with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Reconstruction.

You are suitable if you have:

• education: economics, finance, management, jurisprudence, public administration;
• professional experience of at least 7 years;
• Required:Experience of working with investment projects (work with state investments is an advantage), understanding of the project life cycle and main performance indicators, knowledge of approaches and stages of development of investment projects. 
• Understanding approaches to project analysis, evaluation methods and key indicators.  
• Understanding the specifics and approaches to rule-making activity.   
• A good level of English is desirable - B2. (a lot of interaction with international projects and donors)
