Head of the project reporting sector in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSC) announces a competition for the position of Head of the reporting sector. The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most. The specialist will be involved : to the development of the monitoring system (both programs/projects and monitoring visits), to the creation of a system of timely reporting to donors. to planning, monitoring and reporting on intermediate and final results. Responsibilities: Support of the department of planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting and project department with the establishment of a data collection system that goes beyond the general plan of the TCHU. Creation of a notification and reminder system for submitting reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). Support and management of monitoring and reporting in Airtable, Sharepoint within the framework of current projects. Monitoring of received data through the system checks, verifications for further data analysis. Help with the integration of all activities of the TCHU (according to the URCS Plan 2023-2025 and activities outside the plan) into a single format. If necessary, communication and support of regional planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting specialists with technical issues Creation, development and support data collection systems (for example, Kobo toolbox), as well as ensuring timely preparation and creation of information products (dashboards, infographics, information panels and maps, for sharing information) Writing narrative/descriptive reports according to previous templates of donors. Requirements: Education: Social sciences and exact sciences (sociology, marketing, statistics, mathematics) 2 years of experience with programs for data collection, analysis and visualization 2 years of project coordination experience 2 years of experience with research (quantitative and qualitative) 2 years of experience working with local or international humanitarian organizations Experience with Airtable Ability to work with data processing and analysis programs (SPSS, Power BI, Excel, etc.) and online tools for conducting surveys (e.g., KoboToolbox, SurveyMonkey) Excellent research, analytical, organizational and communication skills Proficiency in English at the B1-B2 level.
