Key tasks:

< li>Team management and organization of effective task execution (RnD direction)
• Creation of work schedule and distribution of activities for effective project management.
• Budgeting and procurement within the framework of the project (formation and approval applications, documentary control of supply and use of TMC)
• Ensuring effective communication and cooperation with all project participants at all stages of development
• Identifying potential risks and searching for effective solutions
• Providing timely and complete information to all project participants and stakeholders
• Tracking team activities in Jira for effective project management and management

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of working in a design office or at manufacturing enterprises
• Understanding of processes and stages of industrial development (hardware & software)
• Experience of project management and coordination of several teams at the same time
• Skills in organizing and managing the work process, the ability to create effective connections between different project groups
• Use of project evaluation and analysis techniques (for example, Three-point estimation, PERT and others )
• Speed ​​and accuracy in setting and completing tasks
• Ability to find solutions to problems in tight time frames
