Requirements for our candidate: strong>

• Higher education.
• Fluency in English (at least C1 level).
li>
• Experience in management projects from 3 years.
• Experience in the field of international cooperation and/or grant management from 3 years.
• Experience in the field of public health will be an advantage.
• li>
• Mastery of project management methodologies.
• Strategic planning and risk management skills in projects.
• Leadership skills, ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate the work of various departments.
• High level of communication skills: conducting negotiations, business correspondence, representing the interests of the organization at the international level.

Task:

• Organization and coordination of the activities of the project management and international cooperation department.
• Development and control over the implementation of the Center's international activity strategy.
• Establishment and support of effective communication with international partners, stakeholders and donors, including participation in events related to the Center's international activities and project implementation.
• Control over the implementation of the Center's projects, including including monitoring the implementation of work plans, compliance with requirements and obligations to international partners, as well as the rational use of project budgets.
• Control over the preparation and submission of Center grant applications.
• Performance of other duties ties within the framework of international cooperation.
