Head of the project and permit documentation department in Ukrtransnafta

JSC "Ukrtransnafta" - is part of Naftogaz Group, we transport oil and oil products through oil pipelines of Ukraine and are the second largest operator of trunk oil pipeline systems in Europe.

We are looking for a Head of the Project and Permit Documentation Department of the Capital Construction Department. (We will also consider candidates from Lviv)

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the relevant field of training(industrial construction, design engineer, design engineer, etc.) -master's degree/specialist. 
• Experience in relevant positions - from 3 years.
• Knowledge of the legislative framework on construction issues , regulation of urban planning activities.
• Experience in obtaining permits, certificates, licenses, property rights for construction objects.

Main functional responsibilities:        

• Organization and support of the process of obtaining construction permits.

• Knowledge of current legislation in the field of construction and work with normative legal acts in the field of construction
• Organization of the process of preparation, review, approval and approval of project documentation, monitoring of the process, control of each stage.< /li>
• Working with counterparties (project organizations) within the scope of concluded contracts.
• Management of several construction projects at the same time (more than 5).
• Monitoring, analysis, reporting on the status implementation of construction projects.
