The communal enterprise for the maintenance of green spaces invites the head of the design and estimation department to work. Basic requirements: higher education; work experience from 3 years; experience in organizing the work of a team of up to 10 people; knowledge of the AVK program, ArchiCAD; availability of an estimator's certificate (required); ability to read diagrams and drawings; work experience in design and landscape companies (including green construction); experience of working with budgetary organizations; experience in passing State Building Expertise; work experience in drawing up investment and contractual estimates (formation and reconstruction of parks, squares) and design of green construction objects; work experience in drawing up investment and contractual estimates for the reconstruction and formation of existing green spaces, seasonal and floral decoration of the city. Main responsibilities: Compilation of estimate documentation (investor and contractual); formation of acts (KB-2, KB-3); development of price indicators. Working conditions: full-time employment, official employment; work schedule: from 08:00 to 17:00, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00, Mon-Fri; timely payment of salary.
