Our company forms and develops an innovative approach to military training in Ukraine and implements modern training standards for soldiers and civilians, creating the latest interactive training systems.Key role: Product management on all stages of the life cycle (from idea to implementation/transformation).
Responsibilities Research and analysis of the company's business needs. Portfolio and product life cycle management. Executing and organizing team work Requirements development, development project launch products and control at all stages of implementation, control of creation of appropriate technical documentation Formation and maintenance of the product backlog. Organization and participation in technical meetings Preparation of analytical reports Organization of training materials preparation and holding sessions for sales and marketing departments Monitoring the market and competitors, determining market needs Participation in positioning the product, determining the target audience.
Searching for opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and methods of project and product management
Management of budget calculation and cost estimation of products, projects.
Organization and ensuring effective cooperation of the department with other functional divisions of the company
Requirements:
Higher technical education
Experience in a similar position from 2 years, or 5+ years of experience in the positions of project manager, product manager with experience in team management
Experience building and managing teams;
