Requirements:

• Knowledge of laws and other normative legal acts, methodical and normative documents related to construction issues,
• Knowledge internal labor regulations. 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD programs; Excel;ABK (at the user level); 
• Reading drawings
• Knowledge of the principles of work organization and production processes
• Taking action to prevent and eliminate cases of any violations or non-conformities

Responsibilities:

• Development and coordination of design and estimate documentation; 
• Compilation of all necessary calculations and estimates; 
• Management of production process control; 
chiefs of precincts. 
• Perform technical supervision of construction and installation works.
• Check compliance of the scope of construction and installation works, as well as constructions of the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawing, construction norms and rules, standards , technical conditions, labor protection regulations. 
• Participate in consideration and coordination arising during the construction of changes in project decisions, promptly solves the issue of replacement, if necessary, of materials, products, structures (without reducing the quality of construction objects). 
• To study the reasons that cause disruptions in terms and deterioration of the quality of construction and assembly works, to participate in their elimination. 
• Perform technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and objects, draw up the necessary technical documentation. Participates in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction objects and their commissioning. 
• Keeping records of completed construction and assembly works and preparing the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans.
