Responsibilities:

Ensuring and organizing the effective work of the production and technical department of the development company;Drafting construction schedules and their agreement with all departments of the company and customers;Checking and approving estimates and contractual prices for construction materials and services; Calculation and approval of time and material consumption norms for the main types of work, taking into account the efficiency and economy of construction processes; Provision of construction sites with the necessary work documentation, including design, technical and organizational documentation;Formation of a package of executive documentation for further transfer to the customer and commissioning of objects;Coordination of work with subcontractors and subcontractor organizations to ensure the completion of projects in on time and within the budget;Management, development and training of the department team to increase its efficiency, professional skills and competence.Expectations from the candidate: strong>
- Higher technical education in the field of construction or engineering.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, materials and work methods.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- High level of analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of standards in the construction industry.
- Ability work in conditions of a large volume of information and quickly respond to changes.
