Head of the production and technical department, engineer of VTV (construction) in BIOPALIVO UKRAYiNA 2000, TOV

A successful and dynamic construction company implementing large-scale construction projects is looking for a qualified and responsible Production and Technical Department Manager or Production and Technical Department Engineer to organize and manage all technical aspects of the construction process.

Main responsibilities:

• Calculation of volumes of materials: determination of required quantities of materials based on drawings, estimates, contract prices, to ensure timely and high-quality performance of works.
• Compilation of work execution schedules: development and control over the execution of detailed schedules for all stages of construction.
• Compilation of PVR (work production plan): preparation and coordination of plans for the execution of works on construction sites.
• Collection and completion of executive documentation : ensuring the correctness of the execution and preservation of all executive documentation (logs, acts, reports).
• Internal control of the volume and quality of works: verification of the execution of works in accordance with design and technological requirements, quality control implementation.
• Control of material and technical resources: control over the quantity of supplied materials, equipment, services, as well as the compliance of the used resources with the design solution.
• Rational use of resources: ensuring the effective use of material resources, machinery and equipment, control over the conservation of resources.
• Accounting and reporting: keeping records of used materials, equipment and other resources, reporting according to usage.
• Maintenance of work documentation: control over the maintenance of journals, accounting sheets, reports and other documents related to work department.
• Acceptance of the scope of work from subcontracting organizations and teams: control over the quality and scope of work performed by subcontractors, as well as compliance of the performed work with design requirements.
• Handover of completed works to the Customer: preparation and presentation of completed works for verification and protection of results before the Customer.

Requirements for candidate:

• Work experience: from 5 years in the production and technical department of construction companies.
• Higher technical education in the field of construction or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of norms and standards of construction, technologies and processes of construction works.
• Skills of planning and organization >: ability to develop graphics works, control the scope and quality of tasks.
• Experience in working with documentation: the ability to correctly draw up executive documentation, work with estimates, reports.
• Communication and the ability to work in a team, as well as with subcontractors and customers.
• Software knowledge: experience with programs for accounting for material resources, equipment and management projects (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, etc.) will be an advantage.
