In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for: Production and technical manager department.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the field of construction from 5 years;
• Practical work experience as a head of the production and technical department from 2 years.
• Knowledge of norms and management of executive documentation;< /li>
• Ability to read drawings;
• Knowledge of building regulations and rules;
• Confident use of necessary work programs (AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat, AVK 5; MS Office).

Responsibilities:

• Compilation of design and estimate documentation, contractual prices and acts of completed works;
• Calculation of the volumes of completed works;
• Checking of acts of completed works from subcontractors.
